These terms apply to all quotes, orders and services provided by Viva Printing Limited, trading as Viva Print (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16830824. Our registered office is Little Oaks, West End Lane, Stoke Poges, Slough, SL2 4ND and our trading address is Unit 6, Bristol Way, Slough, SL1 3TD. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (including by email or message). If your requirements change after a quote, we may need to re-quote.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are as shown in your quote. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due in full before production starts. Delivery charges are shown separately in your quote.
You are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, sizes and content before you approve it. Once you approve a proof or artwork, we will print it as approved and we are not responsible for errors in it. Colours on screen and in print can differ slightly, and small variations between print runs or materials are normal.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, images and text you send us, and that printing them will not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may refuse any job we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing.
Turnaround times are estimates and start once artwork is approved and payment is received. Delivery and collection are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible and we may charge for work and materials already used. Our Refund Policy explains your rights if something is wrong with your order.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, supplier shortages, equipment failure or extreme weather. We will tell you as soon as possible and agree a new timescale with you.
The content of this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Viva Print and may not be copied without our permission. We try to keep information on this website accurate, but it may be updated or changed at any time.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
